RETURNS POLICY Please note that not all products are eligible for returns. We regretfully cannot accept returns for customized products or incomplete, partial, and/or unauthorized returns. Returnable products should be in the same condition as when purchased.

Returnable items must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the blank merchandise.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns of blank merchandise.

The customer is responsible for covering shipping charges for returns.

REFUNDS POLICY In the event that you receive your order with errors in the printing or if you believe you received the merchandise in error, please notify our customer service within 5 business days of receipt. Claims made after this time frame will not be reviewed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the review and processing of your claim from the date of receipt of the goods. Any applicable credits or refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY Once you place and approve your order, we commence production. As a result, changes or cancellations to your order cannot be accommodated once production has started. However, we will make every possible effort to address your requests.

In the event of order cancellation, a $45.00 service fee plus any production charges accrued up to the time of cancellation will apply. We kindly request that you carefully review and approve your order to avoid any issues.
